Recently a problem has arisen where my camera does not work properly on zoom, my camera is not working on zoom lenovo if I go to the camera app it works fine. When I'm on zoom my camera is black and white, and sometimes it gets so dark that lneovo cant even see me. This has happened before, and it went away for a while, but now just a few days ago it came back. I think a camera driver update MAY have caused this, as I noticed this first around the time when I had a handful of driver updates. Does woeking just need to update to this new driver update, or is it a glitch, and if so how can I fix it?

I tried the steps you have mentioned still not working. Can you please help. I have tried reinstalling the zoom app and several methods in several forums. Worked for me. I have gone to settings and given permission for Zoom to use the integrated camera. It gets me in with video, however when I "stop video" and then try to resume video, Zoom gives me a message that the integrated camera is not recognized. In addition, the camera freezes almost every meeting. I have a feeling this is an issue particular to Lenovo. Any suggestions? Our apologies for the late reply to your thread. My first thought would be making sure the Zoom Client, laptop OS and drivers are up to date.
You can update your Zoom Client from the home page: Select your Avatar button Top Right on the Zoom app home page and scroll down to "Check for updates", or go to zoom. If you have an IT administrator that controls the software you may want to open a ticket with your internal IT team to do this, as well as the following steps below You may want to ensure your Win OS is up to date, and maybe most of all, validate that the camera driver settings are on latest version as well.
Again, if you do not have admin control for your laptop it may be best to engage your IT for help with these steps. If you are still having issues it may be time to open a Zoom support ticket, either directly or via your IT team.

You're in! Thanks for signing up. There was an error. Manually reinstall the camera. Perform a Windows Search for Device Manager and open it. Find the Cameras category in the list of devices and expand it. Right-click on Integrated Camera and select Uninstall Device.
Also, select the Delete Driver Software checkbox. Find the Action menu at the top of the window. Open it and then choose Scan For Hardware Changes.
The Integrated Camera should appear again. The steps above should resolve any issues with your Lenovo laptop camera. If the problem persists, the fault is likely a hardware defect with the camera.
Contact Lenovo support for further troubleshooting and repair. If you need a camera sooner than later, consider using an external webcam.
